All items can be exchanged for store credit only. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase in-store or within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached. Please note that undergarments and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.

We provide free express shipping on all Australian domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150, a $10 standard shipping fee, and a $15 express shipping fee will be added at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel on an Express delivery service.
For International orders to United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, a $30 standard shipping fee will be added on checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. When the order is fulfilled, we will send a shipping notification along with a tracking number. Please note that shipment tracking may take some time to update with delivery estimates and transit details.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, and an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery may take 2-4 days.
We take pride in creating unique pieces that you don't see every day, and we intend to keep it that way. That's why we have a strict no-restock policy for all our Ready-to-Wear and One-of-a-Kind collections. This means the limited collection you see is truly all that was made.
